The 11th Annual California Landscape Exhibition and Great California Paint Out will be held September 29, 2012 at the John Natsoulas Gallery. The day long workshop will feature plein air paintings demonstrations by eminent Sacramento Valley landscape painters including: Deladier Almeida, Chella, Louis LaBrie, Dwarka Bonner, Shelia Delimont, Jennifer Pochinski, John Weber, Boyd Gavin, Marti Walker, Philippe Gandiol, Marie-Therese Brown, and Leslie Toms and numerous other artists. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from and paint alongside these artists during the Paint Out session. The work produced by both the artists and attendees will then be hung in a one night exhibit and silent auction held that evening at the John Natsoulas Gallery.

But then, after reading the article I realize that these are pretty serious allegations if proven to be true. I'm curious what specific "foster youth" organizations have benefitted from all of this fundraising. "Foster youth" is a pretty generic phrase and could refer to any number of organizations. With all of the non-profits I have worked with, the specific charity benefitting from their work was very clearly identified (and their 501c status was never in question).
