The ideal candidate has a proven history as a successful receptionist, administrative assistant and clerical assistant. Superior customer service skills are a necessity. He or she should be a detail-oriented self-starter who understands the importance of accountability, requires little daily supervision, maintains open lines of communication at all times, and is receptive to constructive criticism.

Duties: Analyze financial information, prepare reports, costs analysis, conduct physical inventories, conduct self audits, ensure timely submission of reports and other related tasks.
Requirements: BA in accounting or finance, SAP preferred 3 plus years of cost accounting experience, excellent analysis skills, proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel), knowledge of general accounting procedures and excellent written and verbal communications.
