Project Description: Provide routine care of landscaping; mowing, blowing, trimming, clearing of pine needles, adjust and fix commercial irrigation timers, fertilization, replace shrubs, etc. Debris such as cut grass, leaves, hedge clippings, pine needles, etc. can either be left at the curb or taken away by you.
Requirements: licensed and insured and pre owned equipment and tools.

Compensation: TBD plus additional work will be compensated at a set rate.
Start Date: Work to start on October 1 or as negotiated.
Interested contractors may view the property from September 10th -19th. An HOA representative will provide a more detailed scope of the job if you set up an appointment in advance.
