We're 2 professionals, and 2 recently graduated master's students looking to find a good crew (or family) to take over our awesome house on March 1, 2014. This is a 6 month lease available for 12 month renewal in September.

The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with great neighbors. It has a full kitchen with new range and hood, dishwasher; a large living room with a fireplace; a screened in patio (that we currently have configured as an outdoor movie theater); two skylights and wood floors throughout the house. The house has central heat and air and a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

There are 4 bedrooms and a converted garage apartment:
* One Master bedroom with a private bathroom and shower, a full closet and lots of natural light through a large sliding glass door that opens to backyard and may be used as a separate entrance. (11' x 12')
* One very large bedroom (larger than the Master) with a full closet and large window. (14.5' x 11')
* Two medium sized bedrooms that have nice, large windows and full closets. (11' x 10')
* Converted garage apartment has a private bathroom and kitchenette and can be rented completely separately, if desired.

The fenced-in backyard is complete with a garden bed, peach trees, a lemon tree, and a gate that opens up to a large field behind Birch Lane. Pets are allowed, and the backyard is great for them to run around. Also comes with an *optional* chicken coop and chickens that lay fresh eggs every day! There are two off-street parking spots available in the driveway, as well as plenty of parking available on our quiet street.
