Room For Lease $400 no deposit! Very Clean, Near Campus.

Greetings!

I am subleasing my room in Davis for $400 from May 1st-August 31st with the rest of April free. This does not include the cost of utilities which is very inexpensive.

The room is very clean, comes with dryer and washer, private bathroom/shower,closet, bed and frame. Room is not shared with anyone-it will be your own.

The room is 10'2 x 15' (Master-bedroom).

The Apartment is shared, but the housemate is very private.

I need a move in fast-as I am leaving for Boston University.
