AYSO's traditional Spring Season!
This year Davis AYSO will be
returning to our co-ed, volunteer-run Spring Season with games on Friday
evenings. The Spring Season is open to children ages 4 to 18 as of July
31, 2012 (born between 8/1/93 and 7/31/08). Games will be played on Friday evenings
beginning April 12.
After pre-registering online at www.eayso.org using instructions at our website, parents can
register their children for Spring soccer on one of the following dates:
- Wednesday,
January 30, 6 to 9 pm
February 2, 9 am to 2 pm (corrected time)
February 6, 6 to 9 pm
Location: AYSO Building in
Community Park
Registration forms and fees
received by February 28 will be guaranteed placement on a team, contingent on
having enough coaches. Players will be put on a wait list starting March 1 and
will be added to teams on a space-available basis.
Fees for Walk-In Registration:
$60 ($30 for U5s).
ANY Mail-In Registration: $75
($45 for U5s).
Instructions for Spring
registration can be found at our website. After
completing the online pre-registration, print two copies of the registration
form (using the print icon on the screen). Bring one copy to one of the
registration dates and keep the second copy to give to your coach. Players new
to AYSO must also show birth certificate or passport for proof of age.
Coaches and assistant coaches are
needed for the Spring Season. Coaching is an enriching experience and a great
way to spend time with your child while having a positive impact on other
children's lives. We know that many AYSO volunteers have little to no
experience related to soccer, so we provide excellent training and ongoing
support that would enable you to be entry-level coaches. To sign up to coach,
