Black Labs Lick Drinking Fountains & Man Kicked out of Taco Bell 4 Times

11:57 am – Noise Complaint: A woman was ranting and raging and being loud at on Cowell Boulevard.

12:04 pm – Two black labs were off their leash in the . The reporting party was disgusted that the owner was allowing the dogs to drink from and lick the drinking fountain that humans use.

12:50 pm – Dead Body: The reporting party called because he/she had not seen his/her neighbor in several days. The best entry to the apartment was through the alley of the business complex on D Street.

23:20 pm – Suspicious Person: A male kept peering into parked vehicles at the west end of the E Street Plaza parking lot. The person was a white male in his mid-20s with a thin build, dark hair, black shirt and baggy pants. Police were unable to locate. 

1:34 am – Trespassing: A black male about 45 years old was intoxicated and had been asked to leave the Taco Bell on G Street four times. He would leave, and then come back again.
