Davis Nissan Dealership Burglary Leads to Elk Grove Man's Arrest & Discovery of Meth Lab

An Elk Grove man was arrested in Davis last week in connection with a burglary at Hanlees Nissan on Chiles Road. 

An investigation into a Sept. 9 incident led Davis Police to Jason Anthony Breen, 35, whose home on Sharlo Court in Elk Grove. Breen's home was the subject of a search warrant last Wednesday, according to the Davis Police Department. 

Breen was taken into custody on suspicion of burglary and lodged at the Yolo County Jail.

"One of the items taken in the burglary was a Nissan Armada sport-utility vehicle, which was recovered several days later in south Sacramento," said the Davis Police Department on their Facebook page. "During last week’s search, officers also came upon drugs and a methamphetamine lab, prompting a call to the Yolo County Narcotic Enforcement Team for a follow-up investigation."
