Middle School Girl Approached by Man in Jeep & Other Police Calls

8:04 am – Unknown white male was sleeping and living in his vehicle on Ponteverde Lane for the past four days. The caller wanted an officer to go speak to the person and ask that he leave the location.

11:30 am – Property placed outside for a donation truck was stolen by an unknown subject on Eisenhower Street. 

4:03 pm -  The reporting party’s daughter was followed and spoken to by a Hispanic male in a dark blue Jeep Cherokee while walking home from .

6:53 pm – An unknown subject called and told a man that his grandson had been in an accident and that the man needed to wire $3,000 to a foreign account. The man wired the money and then a friend informed him that it was a scam.

10:43 pm – A group of juveniles is driving around near Wren Street and Mockingbird Place, blasting music from the vehicle and “surfing” on top of the vehicle. This is an ongoing problem.
