Pair Who Allegedly Flashed Kids While Filming are State Workers: Will They Lose Their Jobs?
Wenyi Xu and Nicholas Bowen face charges that Xu exposed herself to kids in a Davis park while Bowen filmed or took photos.
Last week, police say a woman exposed herself to kids in a Davis park while a male accomplice filmed the acts.
Those two, Wenyi Xu and Nicholas Bowen, face arraignments Aug. 9 and Tuesday afternoon, respectively.
