UPDATE: It's been two weeks since we ran this story about a man who exposed himself at Common Grounds Coffee Shop. A witness snapped this photo, which gives a pretty clear look at the man's face (and a whole lot more, but we blocked that part out for you).
Considering the clarity of the photo and the fact that the man was sitting in the coffee shop for 45 minutes, we asked Police Lt. Paul Doroshov if any progress had made in the effort to find the man.
"No nothing concrete," he told me in an email. "We have had some calls but none panned out."

STORY: A man was photographed while exposing himself at Common Grounds Coffee Shop in South Davis on Monday afternoon.
Police were called, but the man was gone by the time they arrived. The man, who was masturbating in the coffee shop, had been there for about 45 minutes, according to the witness who took the photo.
Note: An earlier version of this story quoted a newspaper article that said the man had been "masturbating for 45 minutes." That was a miscommunication, which is why we changed the wording in the above paragraph and removed the quote.

Davis Police detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man in this photograph. On August 13, at approximately 1:30 PM, a male suspect was reported to have exposed himself in front of a 29 year old female victim inside a coffee shop in the south Davis area. The suspect fled on foot prior to police arrival.
Anyone with information about this person is encouraged to contact the Davis Police Department.
