According to a statement issued by the Citrus Heights Police Department, 21-year-old Holly Mitchell was found in good health on Saturday.  She had been reported missing on Nov. 18.

The following statement was released following Mitchell's reappearance:

On 11/23/13, at approximately 1018 hours, Holly Mitchell was located and found to be in good health. Security personnel from a local business recognized Mitchell from police fliers and contacted law enforcement. It was determined Mitchell left voluntarily and no foul play is suspected.
