During the cold weather season, local houses of worship open their doors to people in need of shelter. The shelter rotates to a new church each week.
This winter's schedule and all other details are below. For information regarding food closets and other services, call the county's 2-1-1 phoneline or check the city's website.
The capacity on a given night is 25 -50 persons, depending on the location, according to the City of Davis. It does not require shelter guests to be clean and sober, but they must not pose a threat to the shelter environment.
