A noose was found hanging from a goal post at the Davis High School football field Friday morning. The incident coincides with the celebration of the 'Juneteenth' holiday, which celebrates the emancipation of slavery in America.
The intention of the noose is not known, but the Davis Police Department is currently treating it as a hate incident.
