Joshua Clover is a UC Davis professor who has been a common presence among the Occupy UC Davis movement and is also one of 12 being charged with misdemeanors for blockading the US Bank on campus, which ultimately led to its closure.
According to his UC Davis bio: Clover specializes in poetry and poetics, with an emphasis on contemporary and 20th Century American poetry. He is an affiliated faculty member for the Film Studies Program and the Designated Emphasis in Critical Theory.
