CPR for the healthcare professional offers an in depth and hands on approach to learning the basic skills needed for anyone working in the medical field or preparing to enter it.
HCP covers topics such as CPR for the adult, child, and infant as well as many other crucial life saving skills used in the healthcare field. This in depth course is approximately four hours in length and is taught by American Heart Association approved Basic Life Support instructors who are also certified as Emergency Medical Technicians. Certifications are valid for two years. This course is intended but not limited to those preparing to enter the health care field or currently working as a healthcare professional.
