Saturday at Westlake Market: School Fundraiser, Classic Rock & Classic Cars
Tri-tip, classic cars and Aggie Lager will all be at the event, which will benefit the Davis Schools Foundation.

Do you like classic cars, live music and barbecued tri-tip?
Westlake Market and Westlake Plaza will present all three at a "Back to the Future" BBQ and fundraiser for the Davis Schools Foundation

- When: 5 to 8 pm Saturday, September 17, 2011
- Where: Westlake Plaza, 1260 Lake Blvd. in West Davis.
- Cost: Free admission. Sales of food and beverages will benefit DSF.
The event will feature classic cars and trucks provided by the Davis Cruise-In, a classic vehicle club. Anyone with a classic vehicle is welcome to bring it to the event at no charge.
A band called "Jan and The Studebakers" will play tunes from the 1950s and '60s. Sudwerks will pour its new Aggie Lager.

"Bring the family for a picnic, enjoy the cars and the music and help the schools ensure success for our kids as they lead us 'Back to the Future,' " said a Westlake representative.
The market suggests guests bring folding chairs as seating may be limited.
A final note: All DJUSD staff and UCD staff/students receive a 5% discount on purchases at Westlake Market every day.
