Get ready for a frightfully good time at “The Haunt at Wright Hall,” an annual haunted house and costume-dance party offered by the UC Davis Department of Theatre and Dance. This year’s theme, A Twisted Fairy Tale: The Handless Maiden, offers seven bewitching performance stages with start times every half hour from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Visitors will be guided through the spooky scenes to a final destination of A Twisted Fairy Tale’s wedding celebration, where they can dance the night away in the Arena Theatre.
“The Haunt at Wright Hall “ plays Thursday-Sunday, Oct. 25-28, and Tuesday-Wednesday, Oct. 30-31. Rated PG-13, all tickets are sold only at the Main Theatre, Wright Hall box office before the show. Tickets cost $15 or $10 for the dance alone. Costumes can be rented in advance or through 7:00 p.m. on performance nights at Wright Hall’s The Enchanted Cellar.
