Joyce Winter is a credentialed art teacher who teaches all types of art and mediums. She also is part of Yolo County Arts Council. Prices are $10/hour for children $15/hour for adults. She specializes in classical realism and sculpture. She strives to nurture the creative spirit in a positive encouraging environment. Materials are provided if necessary.
