Davis Townhouse Apartments

The Davis Townhouse Apartments is one of the oldest townhouse apartment complexes in Davis. It was one of the first complexes built when the initial wave of apartments were built Davis and it is one of the few complexes that offers month-to-month leasing. Each unit has a different floor plan, which is why they tend to shy away from showing the apartments. All of the units have hardwood floors and large decks/patios. While the buildings themselves are very old, the units themselves are well-appointed and charming with a great location in regards to both downtown and the university.
