The service is efficient but unobtrusive; you won't feel rushed here. The menu is Szechuan, with the bold and pungent flavorings that regional name implies: garlic, curry, chili peppers and the distinctive Szechuan peppercorn.</p> <p>Executive Chef Lee's favorite dishes include walnut shrimp and Singapore Mai Fun (skinny noodles). All dishes are prepared on-site with fresh ingredients; in season, some vegetables are procured at the Davis Farmers Market. </p>
