This food stand, unlike the other fast-food eateries in the Silo, is independently owned. The owner, a native of France, builds authentic French crepes with an imaginative and delicious array of ingredients. He and his capable and witty assistants will grill large crepes while you wait and pile them with everything from simply maple syrup (the Maple Crepe, $2.25) to your choice of loads of fresh ingredients for L'omelette Crêpe ($6.25). More exotic though equally inexpensive crepes include the Tahiti (just like a Hawaiian pizza, but wrapped in a soft, warm crepe) and the signature Coq au Vin, which features a white wine Mornay sauce drizzled over chicken and mushrooms. (Prices in effect in 2010.)
