Monticello Seasonal Cuisine Restaurant

<p>Monticello is a farm-to-table restaurant located in the G Street Shopping Center. Owners Rhonda, Tony, and Jim (and the staff) live in Davis and have strong ties to the local community. They work with many local farmers and even have their own farm, Jim's Fiddlers Green. </p> <p>Since the time between the farm and your plate can be less than a day, the menu changes often, sometimes hourly. While such changes create some uncertainty, they challenge Monticello to serve you unique dishes that incorporate the most beautiful and flavorful seasonal produce. Their goal is to serve quality food that creates a sustainable future for Yolo County and the region.</p>
