Primero Grove Apartments

Primero Grove is a large apartment complex located on the UC Davis campus, managed by EAH Incorporated. The complex is split into four large buildings: Manzanita, Spruce, Laurel and Magnolia. Only students are allowed to live in Primero Grove and are given priority in the following order: continuing grad/professional students, incoming transfer students and freshmen (with special needs). Just like all student housing, the tenants of Primero Grove are submitted to campus regulations, including but not limited to, alcohol restrictions, pet restrictions and noise levels.
