<p>This new addition to the mushrooming plethora of Thai restaurants in Davis is housed on the first floor of The Lofts, a live-work building. This eatery is unique among the Thai competition, as a Canteen serves food cafeteria-style. You order your food here while walking along the line and can watch as it is prepared.</p> <p>The emphasis is on fresh ingredients and authentic cuisine; the owner brought Thai-unique recipes when she arrived from Thailand literally only a matter of weeks before the grand opening in November 2010.</p>
